The Sherra Cameron Realtor app gives you the same map-based search you are used to, with listing data that comes straight from the MLS instead of a delayed third-party feed. The difference is what happens next. When you save a home or ask a question, it comes to me, and only me.
I spent 13 years in mortgage banking before real estate, so I look at every home through the lens of your long-term financial position, not just the monthly payment. This app keeps that counsel one tap away.

Is the app free?+
Yes. The app is free to download and use, with no obligation. It is a resource I provide to clients, friends, and anyone considering a move in North Texas.
How is this different from Zillow or Realtor.com?+
Two ways. First, listing data comes directly from the MLS, so it is more accurate and updates faster. Second, your information stays with me. National portals sell buyer contact information to multiple agents. This app does not.
Will I receive calls or emails I did not ask for?+
No. The only notifications you receive are the listing alerts you set up and any direct messages from me. You control alert frequency in the app settings.
Can I share it with someone who is also looking?+
Yes. You can invite a spouse, partner, or family member from inside the app and share listings in a group thread so everyone is on the same page.
What areas does the app cover?+
The app covers the North Texas MLS, with a focus on Collin, Dallas, and Denton Counties. If you are relocating from out of state, it is an easy way to learn the area before you visit.
What is in the Resources section?+
My personal list of trusted vendors: home maintenance and repair, landscaping, cleaning, pet care, movers, attorneys, insurance and title, contractors, inspectors, and more. These are professionals who have done good work for my clients or for me, and the list is updated as I add new partners.
