With a strong foundation in mortgage banking and corporate recruiting, Sherra brings a refined skill set to every real estate transaction. She spent many years with a Fortune 100 mortgage company, followed by nearly a decade with one of the most respected real estate firms in the DFW area. During that time, she held multiple leadership roles, including training and mentoring new agents, before returning to her focus as an individual agent serving clients at the highest level.

Her transition to REAL Broker was a strategic decision rooted in long-term vision. Sherra sought a brokerage that fosters true collaboration, embraces innovation, and supports agents in building meaningful, growth-driven businesses. In an industry that continues to evolve rapidly, aligning with a forward-thinking company that prioritizes agent development and technology was essential.

Sherra is a long time resident of North Texas, having moved to the Carrollton area in 2000.  She and her husband Rob have raised one son in the Lewsiville School District, and have thoroughly enjoyed living and raising their family in North Texas.
